This workshop will guide school leaders in developing and implementing effective emergency operations plans. Learn how to train your team to respond quickly to natural disasters\, assess damage\, update stakeholders\, restore essential systems\, and resume operations swiftly. Join us to ensure your school system is ready to act when disaster strikes.
